Found Dodge fenders, steel, wood, pico projectors, speakers. Videos are viewed through foglight apertures and run on independent loops. Video content: activities
performed inside a vehicle including changing clothes,
eating, teeth brushing,napping,and learning Japanese.
Bodywork responds to the site of a former pickle factory on Detroit's east side that was originally an auto factory and is currently used to store auto parts. The piece speaks to car culture, life on-the-go-in-the-car, and fetishizes the curves of the manufactured chrome-covered fenders.
